Writer and editor
For most of the last decade, I've worked with a local nonprofit literary organization, Benicia Literary Arts, where I’ve planned events and taught poetry classes and memoir classes. I utilize InDesign to produce manuscripts for publication. Collaborating with the city, Bookshop Benicia, the library, Arts Benicia, and other local businesses, we've enhanced Benicia's reputation as a unique hub for the arts.
Additionally, I am a cofounder of Carquinez Village, an organization dedicated to serving older adults by providing direct assistance and activities that keep seniors engaged in their community.
